Welcome to Lake Ozark Daybreak Rotary:

We proudly serve the Lake of the Ozarks Areas and surrounding communities with the caring and involved approach defined by Rotary International.  We are comprised of business people and community leaders and we offer opportunities for hands on involvement in improving our community and the world.

Rotary International is the world's first service club organization, with more than 1.2 million members in 33,000 clubs worldwide. Rotary club members are volunteers who work locally, regionally, and internationally to combat hunger, improve health and sanitation, provide education and job training, promote peace, and eradicate polio under the motto Service Above Self.

President's Message:

Welcome to the Lake Ozark Daybreak Rotary page! As Rotarians, we strive for service above self. Locally we support over 40 organizations in addition to international service projects worldwide.

As a Lake Ozark native, it means so much to me to support organizations that make our community a better place. I am honored to be able to serve with our rock star service members while always having fun along the way.

Our two fundraising projects each year are Winterfest and the Muscle Car Raffle. Winterfest is an annual event held at the beginning of each year consisting of vibrant live music, decadent dinner and both a silent and live auction. Winterfest was a fantastic evening for all that attended and was a very successful fundraising event for our club. Our annual muscle car raffle took place in May at the Magic Dragon Street Meet on the Bagnell Dam Strip. As always, the event was well attended and individuals across the nation came to show off their hot rods and take a chance at winning the 2015 Camaro. If you have not been to either of these events in the past, consider joining us in the upcoming year.

Our club meets at First Family Church every Friday morning from 7:30-8:30 A.M. A breakfast is available beginning at 7:00 A.M. that you don't want to miss! First Family Church is located on Hwy 42 across from School of the Osage High School. We are currently recruiting individuals in the lake area that are interested in helping us make our community an even better place to live. Please join us at an upcoming meeting or email me for more information at bchristy@pmcwlaw.com. We look forward to seeing you!

Kindest regards,

Brooke A. Christy, President
